Gluten-free muesli and puffed sorghum are formulated without gluten; buckwheat and corn are naturally gluten-free cereals. The products are packed in the same facility as oat- and wheat-based products, so the label may state “may contain traces of gluten”. Always check the packaging.
Whole flakes (500 g) keep the grain almost intact: they have a firmer texture and cook in 8–10 minutes — good for a hearty porridge and granola. Instant flakes (400 g) are rolled thinner and pre-cooked, so they’re ready in 2–3 minutes with just hot water or milk.
In a cool, dry place, away from direct light. After opening, keep them in an airtight container so they stay crisp and fragrant.
12 months from the production date, in the original unopened packaging. The exact date is printed on each pack.
The flakes, seeds, muesli and puffed sorghum are 100% plant-based. The oat and corn biscuits may contain butter or egg — check the ingredient list on the packaging.
