A family business

The grain stays whole

Dejunel is a family production in the Republic of Moldova. Under the «Mic Dejun» brand we make whole-grain oat, corn, buckwheat and sorghum flakes, gluten-free muesli, seeds and biscuits. Our raw material doesn't reach us pre-processed from middlemen: the grain comes straight from the field and passes through cleaning, grading, steaming and rolling on our own line.

We add no sugar, use no palm oil and add no flavourings. Oats, corn, buckwheat and sorghum are processed separately, so the taste of each grain stays recognisable. The gluten-free muesli is assembled by hand, in small batches, on a dedicated line to rule out cross-contamination.

The catalogue is refreshed by season. The prices on this page are in Moldovan lei and are indicative only: distribution runs through our retail partners.
